President’s Statement on the Earthquake in Nepal
April 28, 2015
The University of Toronto community extends its condolences to the people of Nepal and to the Nepalese community in the Toronto region, to all those who are mourning the loss of family and friends, and those who have been injured or left homeless after the devastating earthquake and its aftermath.
We encourage any students who are in need of personal support at this difficult time, including counseling or chaplaincy services, to visit their campus student services website for information (St. George Campus, U of T Scarborough, U of T Mississauga, Campus Chaplains Association).
For staff and faculty, ongoing support is available through the University’s Employee Assistance Program – a free and confidential counseling service available to staff and faculty and their dependents.
To those wishing to make a donation to assist relief efforts, please note that for every eligible dollar donated by individual Canadians to registered Canadian charities, the Government of Canada will set aside one dollar for the เล่น สล อ ต ให้ ได้ ฟรี เกมNepal Earthquake Relief Fund.
